View answerIn October 2018 my Department engaged Malone O’Regan, consultant civil engineers to provide at the Naval Base, Haulbowline, the services associated with the assessment of engineering requirements, design, contractor procurement and construction oversight of the work required to provide four additional fully serviced berths for Naval Service vessels.
