Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the details of the overcrowding and underoccupancy of local authority housing stock nationally; and the breakdown of local authority housing stock by number of bedrooms and occupancy in terms of number of residents in tabular form. The oversight and management of local authority housing stock and the allocation of social housing support to qualified households is a matter for the relevant local authority concerned, in accordance with its allocation scheme made in accordance with section 22 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 and associated Regulations.

My Department does not hold information of the type requested by the Deputy.
