As the Deputy may be aware, the project to which he refers has been devolved for delivery to Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB).

The pre-qualification process for the project has recently been completed by KWETB. While approval has been given for KWETB to proceed to issue tender documents to the shortlisted contractors, the Design Team is currently addressing some design issues with the project. In that context, it is now expected that tender documents for the project will issue in the second quarter of 2019. Once the tender process has been completed, construction can be expected to begin on site.

At this point, it is not possible to provide an exact and accurate timeline either for completion of the tender process or for completion of any later stages of the project. However, I can say that the project remains on schedule to be completed before September 2021.
