Deputy Denise Mitchell asked the Minister for Health the reason the planned transfer of a HSE-owned site at a location (details supplied) to a refuge for development as a step-down facility was cancelled in January 2019; the plans the HSE has for the future of the site; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
