View answerI am advised that during the summer of 2017, construction and demolition waste was deposited on the lands referred to by the Deputy. This occurred in the absence of the appropriate sanction or consent from officials in my Department's Property Management Branch. Since then my Department has been liaising with Kildare County Council on the matter, and has submitted reports from an Environmental Engineering firm confirming that no environmental pollution has occurred. I am advised that no further incidents have occurred since then.
