View answerFollowing a successful appeal, this lady has been awarded disability allowance (DA) with effect from 5 September 2018. The first payment will be made by her chosen payment method on 20 March 2019.
Arrears of payment due, which include the Christmas Bonus, will issue as soon as possible once any necessary adjustment is calculated and applied in respect of any overlapping payments.
I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
