Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 262 of 19 February 2019, if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the freedom of information officer in his Department responded to a freedom of information request on 11 March 2019 (details supplied) indicating that no records exist or could not be found in regard his Department’s engagement with the patron; the mechanism or method his Department used to engage with the patron; if there is recorded evidence of the engagement; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
