134. Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Education and Skills if he will engage urgently with a union (details supplied) regarding the terms and conditions of adult literacy tutors regarding matters; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14383/19]

The matter of regularisation of the terms and conditions of Adult Education Tutors is currently subject to discussions under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission so it would be inappropriate of me to comment on this matter at this time.
