155. Deputy Tony McLoughlin asked the Minister for Education and Skills if the delays in resolving the discrepancy between pay scales for former FÁS employees who transferred to SOLAS while legislation was being enacted and who subsequently transferred to ETBs will be investigated (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. SOLAS staff who transferred to ETBs retained their existing salary scales on transfer.  Union representatives have submitted a claim under normal industrial relations procedures in respect of certain grades, and this is being examined by my Department.
