View answerMy Department, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, is currently finalising its analysis and response to the submission made, by the person named, with reference to the Protected Disclosures Act 2014. While the delay in finalising this matter is regretted, the issue is complex and required significant interaction with the relevant local authority. Furthermore, it is necessary to consider issues of natural justice and fair procedures, in respect of those named in the submission, requiring ongoing legal advice.
