View answerThe Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) administers the Better Energy grant schemes on behalf of my Department. The SEAI has a robust process in place for dealing with all enquires in relation to grant applications. SEAI is currently reviewing these processes to ensure continued compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and adherence to relevant Guidelines on processing personal data.
