534. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the status of an application for disability allowance by a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17418/19]
View answerThe person concerned has been awarded disability allowance with effect from 20 February 2019. The first payment will be made by his chosen payment method on 1 May 2019.
Arrears of payment due will issue as soon as possible once any necessary adjustment is calculated and applied in respect of any overlapping payments.
