The person concerned has been awarded disability allowance with effect from 26 September 2018. The first payment will be made by her chosen payment method on 5 June 2019.

Arrears of payment due will issue as soon as possible.

No application for supplementary welfare allowance (SWA) has been received from this lady. An application for SWA was posted to her on 23 May 2019.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
