91. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Finance if the Central Bank gathers data on the amount of foreign capital and credit provided or lent to Irish property developers; if so, the value provided or lent to property developers each year since 2011; the way in which this compares to the capital and credit provided and lent by Irish banks in those years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
