View answerThe Public Service Pay Commission (PSPC) is an independent body established to advise Government in relation to public service pay. The Commission has presented a report on Recruitment & Retention Challenges in the Defence Forces to Mr. Paschal Donohoe TD, Minister for Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform, who has responsibility for public service pay policy. The Minister for Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform is due to bring the report to Government shortly.
