606. Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason a letter of entitlement from the Government of New Zealand in relation to the driving qualifications of a person (details supplied) was not accepted as proof that he or she is properly qualified to drive a manual car; the reason he or she was not granted an Irish driver licence for a manual car; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
