Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health the reason there is no stroke rehabilitation services in counties Carlow and Kilkenny; if this service was in place; if so, the skill sets of the staff involved; his plans in relation to the provision of such a service; if there is a waiting list; the nearest location to counties Carlow and Kilkenny for such a service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
