I propose to take Questions Nos. 1221 and 1224 together.

All protected disclosures received by the Department of Health are given due attention in keeping with the Department's policies and procedures in accordance with the Act. Given that all such disclosures must be treated as confidential it would not be appropriate for me to comment further.
