Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health the number of staff employed by the HSE or employed through agencies that earn an hourly rate below the living wage of €12.30 per hour; the estimated cost of increasing their salary to pay the living wage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
