1922. Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Health the capital expenditure commitment to date in 2019 for a new emergency department and cystic fibrosis facilities, respectively, at Beaumont Hospital; the expected full year spend; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34360/19]
