View answerMy Department has recently received a representation from the organisation concerned and a reply is being prepared. The Deputy will appreciate that I cannot comment in detail in advance of the reply issuing but I would make the point that Revenue is statutorily independent in its administration of the tax system and it would therefore be inappropriate for me to intervene in its work.
