2470. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the consultation he has had with the Minister for Finance regarding the urgent need to review the diesel rebate scheme for heavy goods vehicles; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [33948/19]

The Diesel Rebate Scheme is a matter for the Minister for Finance. The operation of the scheme is kept under review, as part of the annual Budget process each year.
