2471. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the way in which the penalty for non-compliance with cabotage compares with other EU countries; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [33949/19]

The enforcement of cabotage regulations and penalties for breaches of the regulations are matters for the Road Safety Authority (RSA). This question has been forwarded to the RSA for their direct attention and reply.
