Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 231 of 4 December 2018, 529 of 26 March 2019, 546 of 8 May 2019 and 158 of 19 June 2019, if the assessment of the caseload of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal that he requested has been finalised and submitted to him; if so, the outcomes and actions arising from same; if not, the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
