View answerThe Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) is an independent statutory body with responsibility for professional regulation in the area of pre-hospital emergency care including the recognition of professional qualifications.
Accordingly, the Deputy's query has been referred to PHECC for direct response.
