Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 1430 of 6 September 2019, the details of the issue that has arisen; the reason a person (details supplied) has not been notified in writing of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAs stated in the previous reply, an issue arose in respect of the GLAS commonage action in this case. The Department has reviewed the case to confirm the correct claim value.
The 2018 advance and balance payments will be made shortly. Any underpayments identified will issue as a separate payment.
GLAS payments continue to issue on a weekly basis.
