215. Deputy John Brady asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the number of persons in receipt of the one-parent family payment. [37820/19]
View answerOne-Parent Family Payment (OFP) is a payment for men and women under 66 who are bringing children up without the support of a partner. As at month-end July 2019 there are 39,606 families with 65,711 children in receipt of the OFP.
