Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if the Miesian Plaza Office of Public Works fit-out of offices has been completed; if not, when it is expected to be completed; the estimated cost of the project; the amount spent to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The fit-out of the offices at Miesian Plaza on behalf of  the Office of Public Works is complete.  The estimated cost of the fit out  is €20.5m plus VAT and €15.4m plus VAT has been spent to date.  The final account is the subject of ongoing discussions with the developer.
