View answerMy Department is working on the development of Regulations in order to commence the Mineral Development Act 2017 . Regulations to commence Part 2 of the Act relating to Prospecting are at an advanced stage of drafting . This is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. Following on from that the Regulations to commence the remaining Part of the Act will be completed.
