Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the injunctions taken against farmers by a company (details supplied) will be officially lifted in view of the fact protesters have stepped away from all factory gates; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This is a matter for the companies concerned.

However, it has been confirmed to my Department that, as per the terms of the agreement reached on September 15th, all relevant legal actions have been withdrawn.
