Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 66 of 2 July 2019, if the property transfer has been completed; the status of the design brief; if approval has been sought and granted for the appointment of a new design team for the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
