628. Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if Turas Nua received a monetary award for a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [43462/19]
View answerI can confirm to the Deputy that Turas Nua has not received any fees in respect of named customer. I am advised that there was a clerical error in relation to the customer's interaction with Turas Nua which lead to the customer being written to on 30th Sept and again on 15th Oct explaining the nature of the error and offering apologies
