View answerIn line with standard arrangements, the Water Services Bill 2013, enacted as the Water Services Act 2013, was drafted by the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel, in close consultation with my Department. No external legal advice was procured by my Department in relation to the drafting of this legislation.
