81. Deputy John Lahart asked the Minister for Education and Skills the protocol for a student that has particular needs and has the use of a laptop while attending school when it comes to the sitting of State exams; if there is criteria that must be met by the students that allows them to use the laptop during an exam; the length of time in advance of sitting an exam the student will be advised that they can use it; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
