325. Free Travel Pass usage data, received by my Department from the National Transport Authority, verifies that a Free Travel Pass was used at a particular time and date on an Integrated Ticketing System enabled vehicle. This usage data is non-identifying and does not provide journey duration or fare collected. This ITS usage data is retained by my Department for 13 months.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
