Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the response of his Department to the decisions in cases (details supplied) to find section 44(10) of the Road Traffic Act 2010 as amended by the Road Traffic Act 2016 incompatible with the Constitution; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
