Deputy John Curran asked the Minister for Health the cause of the delay in the provision of the Rowlagh primary healthcare centre in north Clondalkin which was first announced in 2012; the timeline for the completion of the project which was granted planning permission in July 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
