Deputy Jan O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government when a social housing development (details supplied) will be approved to award a contract to construct following the furnishing of a tender report to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has received a Stage 4 (post-tender) proposal from Limerick City and County Council, which is now being examined and a response will issue to the Council, as soon as possible.
