Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of an application for a permanent extension by a school (details supplied); if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the school must turn away students in view of the fact it has no certainly regarding its future enrolment capacity; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is in receipt of an application, for capital funding, for the provision of additional school accommodation from the school referred to by the Deputy.  The assessment process is nearing completion and a decision will issue to the school authority shortly.
