440. Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Health if the recently appointed consultant psychiatrist in CHO9 will be providing mental health services to deaf persons in Cork city and county; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that deaf persons in Cork have been without the service since the retirement of the previous consultant psychiatrist who served the area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
