140. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 171 of 5 March 2020, if the OPW, on foot of a draft strategic plan, is proposing to develop footpaths and or cycle lanes across the polo grounds in the Phoenix Park which has an historic association with the sport since 1873; if an alternative will be considered; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works has no proposals whatsoever to develop footpaths or cycle lanes across the polo grounds in the Phoenix Park.
