158. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position in regard to the provision of extra facilities at a school (details supplied); the precise developmental stage the project is at; if the matter will be expedited with a view to early identification of the work on site; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that my Department is in receipt of an application, for capital funding, under the Additional School Accommodation scheme, from the school authority in question. The application is currently being assessed and on completion of the assessment process the school authority will be informed directly.
