385. Deputy Marc Ó Cathasaigh asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of the extension to a school (details supplied) in the context of requirements of a child with special needs that is due to join the school; if the school will be given permission to proceed to tender stage and proceed as planned from there; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has recently received a tender report from the school to which he refers.  My Department will be in contact with the school directly once its review of this report has been completed.
