Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if she will provide the details including briefing notes of the briefing provided to her by her Department in respect of the derogation declarations for 2020 and 2021, that is, for the period 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2021 with regard to the customary annual derogations declarations that cater for the control of certain wild bird species in the interests of public health and safety and to protect air safety.
