Deputy Danny Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Health the procedure in relation to testing for Covid-19 in hospitals; if a person presents at accident and emergency are they tested for Covid-19 or if this depends on if they are presenting with an injury or illness related or not related to Covid-19 symptoms; and if the procedure differs based on if the patient is being admitted to the hospital or treated as an outpatient.
