Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Health if the deal with an organisation (details supplied) for additional testing for Covid-19 protected the samples which were taken from persons; and if the genetic material and data cannot be used for anything other than Covid-19 testing or held for an inordinate length of time.
