Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the funding the NTA has awarded to Kildare County Council in each of the years 2018, 2019 and 2020; the amount awarded to each individual scheme in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAs Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport. However, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport, including the management of funds provided to the National Transport Authority (NTA) to carry out its functions.
