Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Education and Skills if all the recommendations of the Oireachtas Standing Committee of Public Accounts in each of the years 2016 to 2019 and to date in 2020 regarding the funding and administration of third level institutions have been implemented; and the status of each action as per the various reports, in tabular form.
