164. Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of driver licences that expired during the Covid-19 restrictions; and the number of additional staff who will be required to ensure that these drivers are provided with updated licences within a reasonable time period in tabular form. This is a matter for the Road Safety Authority. I have referred the question to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response is not received within 10 days.
