Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the estimated full cost of redeploying all existing beds that cannot be deployed due to social distancing and IPC guidelines in modular units; the breakdown of associated additional costs and additional operational costs; and the additional staffing requirements and associated costs to ensure as many beds as possible can be deployed taking account of necessary closures due to IPC guidelines.
